Solution

For the DIA "Network" we have implemented an Internet media, which is technically presented as a multilingual news portal adaptive to any device. It uses dynamic controlled caching technology, which allows finding a balance between the load on the server and the display of relevant information. An improved platform, a modern interface, a convenient mobile application and interesting content allow the project to develop dynamically and ensure stable growth of the IKS (site quality index).
